Company name
Check availability in the official state register. Enter the name with the required LLC ending and keep alternatives ready.
Account and addresses
Enter the requested contact and ownership information on the provider’s site. Check which addresses will appear on the public filing. A registered agent address may not qualify for banking or payments.
Review before paying
Check the first-year package, recurring agent fee, optional EIN or address services and the total. Keep your receipt. Save the approved state filing separately after formation.
