A U.S. LLC is only one part of Stripe’s verification. Confirm requirements for the account country, business location, owners and payouts before filing.

Review Stripe’s country-specific requirements and whether your actual business model is eligible. A U.S. registration alone does not establish operational presence.
Prepare verification
Have matching business and owner details ready. Use truthful physical and mailing addresses, and check the settlement bank requirements.
